Standard check-in is 14:00, check-out 11:00. We'll send you the building address, unit number, and door code 24 hours before arrival.

If you arrive earlier or later, just let us know — we'll do our best to accommodate, and same-day early check-in is usually free if the unit is ready.

Yes. We work with a small group of vetted local drivers. A standard sedan from Đà Nẵng International Airport to most of our properties is around 250,000 ₫ (~$10 USD). Just let us know your flight details when booking.

Long stays are our specialty. All our units have fast wifi, dedicated workspaces, washing machines, and full kitchens — designed for people who actually live in them.

Monthly rates are typically 30–40% lower than nightly rates. For 3+ month stays, we can also arrange direct rental contracts (with TIN registration if you need it for visa purposes).

Yes — and we test it regularly. Every unit has a minimum of 200 Mbps fiber, with most units running 300+ Mbps. We use Viettel or VNPT business plans, not consumer lines.

If wifi ever drops during your stay, message us and someone is on-site within a few hours.

It depends on the building. Some of our units allow small pets with a deposit; others don't allow pets at all due to building rules. Message us with your pet details before booking and we'll point you to the right unit.

Cancellation is handled by the platform you book through. Most of our listings use Airbnb's "Moderate" policy (full refund up to 5 days before check-in) or Agoda's standard non-refundable rate at a discount.

For direct bookings, we offer flexible terms — typically full refund up to 14 days before arrival.

Both. Airbnb and Agoda will charge in your local currency. For direct bookings, we accept VND (bank transfer or cash), USD (cash or Wise), and most major cryptocurrencies for stays over 1 month.
